For our band, we wanted to create an Instagram page as a way of increasing their exposure and creating a star image. Most bands and artists use social media as a platform for growth so that they can pull in a larger and worldwide audience. It acts as a great marketing tool and a great way to show off their personalities, style, relationships with each other, skills, passions, and show what goes on behind the scenes at music video shoots and live performances!
You can see here that there is a large gallery of photos that audience members can interact with by liking and commenting. This is a perfect way to build a group of fans.
On each photo we have created captions, either saying whats going on or reflecting the bands ideas. This makes the account more personal and can make audience members feel more connected to the band members.
